UX/UI Designer

Job description

An integrated global group creating digital solutions to embed digital into the heart of the bank. Responsibilities of the Digital team includes developing new mobile apps and online experiences and using digital messaging to build the relationship with customers. Besides, building and improving the underlying technology and security platform. As an UX/UI Designer you will have a chance to undertake all aspects of design activity required, in line with Global and Regional Digital order book and in conjunction with other Digital teams.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of User Centered Design practices, responsive web, usability and accessibility.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to share best practice with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Experience in the use of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create emails and messages, using predetermined components is preferred.
  • Experience of working with Jira or Confluence.


Responsibilities:

  • Production of assets for digital messaging within restrictions and guidelines as directed by the Lead Value Added Messaging (VAM) Designer.
  • Producing designs using agreed tools: Sketch and Photoshop based on new messaging requirements and existing design standards.
  • Supporting UI Developers during the build phase of new requirements, to ensure the build is to agreed standards and guidelines.
  • Growing and managing regional image libraries, within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), for multiple products and services across different markets.
  • Working across a variety of tasks, ensuring adequate and appropriate prioritization in conjunction with the Lead VAM Designer.
