Network Security Manager

Job description

We are seeking for experienced Network Security Manager who is willing to work with one of our client - one of the largest banking and financial institution in the world. Currently we are building the Cyber-Security Team as client is transfering the Bank to the cyber world. The Network Security Manager will have to do the operational work, leading the team as well as working directly on the project.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitor organizational assets and security defenses for cyber security risks
  • Define, implement and communicate cyber security strategies and solutions for appropriate data protection
  • Define metrics and methodologies to measure domain performance of applying new technologies
  • Delegate tasks and department assignments or projects and monitor deadlines
  • Defining Cyber Security control requirements for the Network technologies

  • Providing centralized IT Security services to the organization and reduce associated costs

  • Implementing and maintaining an effective engagement model across all regions, global businesses, and global functions.

  • Collaborate with various layers of management across Cybersecurity and other IT teams to develop solutions that protect the organization.

  • Serving as local entity manager for Cybersecurity Technology staff

 

Requirements

  • About 10-15 years of proffesional experience in general
  • At least 5 years on management position
  • You need to have a networking background; detailed knowledge of firewall, IDP, content management, load balancing, DDoS technologies
  • Industry qualifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc) considered a plus.
  • Experience with Cisco ACS or ISE, PaloAlto is a plus 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience in interacting with technical leaders and various layers of management.
  • Knowledge of Python, Bash or any other scripting language is a plus
