Collaboration Tools Specialist

Job description

We are seeking for experienced Collaboration Tools Specialist who is willing to work with our client - one of the largest banking and financial institution in the world. Currently we are building the Global Cyber Security Team as client is transferring to the cyber world. As a Collaboration Tools Specialist you will be charged with protecting the shareholder value, information and financial assets and with managing a team across the globe.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery and operating strategy.
  • Providing key representation for and source of expertise on all issues.
  • Support the delivery of tooling to implement controls ensuring compliance with business Information Security policies and standards globally including any regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate to drive the implementation of the enterprise wide and regional.
  • Ensure information security requirements are adhered to globally by ensuring effective compliance and measures are in place.
  • Drive engagement with all relevant regional and global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in Information Technology or Cyber Security pertinent to this role.
  • Experience across cyber security with specific focus on Collaboration and email Tools (Sharepoint, Virtual Data Rooms, Slack, Webex DMARC).
  • Experience of building and deploying tooling.
  • Industry qualifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM) is a plus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate on complex IT Security issues with a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of security in context of wider industry trends and direction.
