What is the project about:

Currently, we are looking for talented developers, testers and analysts who take ownership of their work and help us to create outstanding solutions for a worldwide financial institution. We want to rebuild the existing system into a new one. All features and functionalities will be redesigned and based on cutting-edge technologies and best practices (Java 8, SpringBoot, React, Node, TDD, Agile).

  • Drive, track and communicate the progress of releases through team velocity, throughput, burn down charts, successful builds and deployments and other metrics
  • Ensure the development teams practice the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability, and visibility
  • Organise and facilitate release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos and other Agile-related ceremonies,-Lead, guide and mentor stakeholders, peers and teams to become agile advocates

Mandatory skills:

  • Strong practical experience and understanding of Agile (ideally Kanban),
  • Exposure and experience with the SDLC; design, coding, test, build, QA, deployment and maintenance and with service orientated architecture,
  • Demonstrable ability to self-manage, be proactive, take ownership, build relationships and drive solutions through from inception to production,
  • Project Management experience is a big plus.
